When I was working with software support the issue after the virus probs that was of major concern was related to Microsoft Outlook so first of all here you can follow the screen shots that helps you in setting up your email with outlook so that you can view your emails in offline mode as well and later on in next posts will cover how to back up your pst and remove the password incase you setup one and forgets the same
First of all just launch the software and click next
Here just leave the yes by default and click next
Now type in your details here name,email address and the password for your email and click next dont check manually configure server settings leave it unchecked
It will automatically search for the server settings online
You will see the confirmation message click finish and it will take you to the inbox
Now after successful configuration of first email incase you want to add another email account follow the screen shot below
On the top of outlook click on Tools>then Account Settings
It will display the accounts added to your outlook,click New under E-mail tab and on the new screen click next rest the process is same incase you know the settings for your server and wanna add them manually check the Manually configure server settings box and then click next
Type in the details here like the account type if its POP3 or IMAP including incoming and outgoing mail server settings(its always recommended dont use the manually configure server settings options so that it will automatically search your server settings over the internet its only for advance users that too while troubleshooting any probs)
Click Finish and you are done with your second account configuration as well
