Adobe Reader & Flash are the two basic softwares for a normal computer user.You need to see your bank statement or any other important PDF file you need the Reader software or may use any alternative for security.In case you are an addict to video sites like Youtube then you need the Adobe Flash player to watch the videos ( however they are in HTML5 trial mode as if now soon would be phasing out the requirement for Flash plugin).Both these softwares can be downloaded from the Adobe site free of cost here at the bottom right.
